The value for money at this hotel is impressive, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident, as the staff ensures that everything is in order, even offering to change a room key immediately if needed. The location is a major plus, not too far from an MTR station and situated in an area that is not crowded with people. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a major stop for buses to and from China.

No major areas for improvement, all was satisfactory.

Its price-value ratio is good for personal trip for vacation. It takes about 15 mins to Prince Edward MTR station, and same distance to airport bus stop from and to airport.

I booked 3-bed room, therefore there is some space in the room. I heard 2-bed room is very small.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel lobby.

1) Junior reception staff who may come across as rude and impatient, perhaps, due to limitations of conversing in English. 2) Hotel's facilities and equipment may need to be checked and maintained more conscientiously. The cafe was closed due to some faulty appliance, the weighing scale was spoilt and they could not assist in getting our luggage weighed. I wonder if the stalled elevator on the eve of its service date is related to this? 3) There was an incident of a false fire alarm which stalled the lift and caused hotel guests to be evacuated from their rooms and others, like my family to be locked out. As that was the night we bought dinner back to eat in our room, my children ended up having to take their dinner along the road outside the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable, especially considering the included breakfast. The attention to detail was evident, with basic amenities provided and rooms with windows. The location was great, not too far from an MTR station and situated in a quiet neighborhood with most shops closed on the weekends.

Location. It is just 5minutes away from prince edward mtr station.

The room is very small, I mean the standard room. The other room got upgraded to better room by the hotel. It was much more better. Very comfortable:)

I liked the triple sharing room. There was a queen and a single bed in the room. The toilet acted as a divider between the twin room and the single room which gave us some privacy. Each 'room' has its own LCD TV. It was clean and not noisy. The staff especially Ms JAA was very helpful and friendly.

There was no refrigerator in the room and no breakfast provided in the package.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the prices were incredibly affordable, making it a fantastic value for money. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. They even went the extra mile to change my room key immediately when I requested a window view. Lastly, the hotel's location was ideal. It was situated on a quiet street, away from the busy areas, but still conveniently close to a major bus stop and just a short walk to the nearest subway station. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean, the bath area is not mouldy. I was happy to find that they provide toothbrush.The distance to Prince Edward Station is a reasonable walk of less than 10 minutes. Bus number 2 takes us directly to Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry. I would patronise this hotel should I return to Hong Kong.

The room I booked is only 9 square metres and is extremely small. The toilet is good to fit one person indeed. The in-room safe is really small, just good enough for passports. I was hoping to put my laptop in there but not possible. Not really suitable for family although my two children, 5 and 8 years old, did not complain too much. The ladies at the reception were friendly, Christy, Gloria, "Jaa", but the male supervisor needs improvement on his customer service though.

Checking was super fast. No hassle. Reception staffs were great. Thanks to Christy, Jaa and Gloria. They were helpful during our stay. Get to leave our luggages at the lobby after checking out time @12pm. This allowed us to do last minute shopping and sightseeing without the need to carry our luggages along and its safe under lock and key. Value for money. Room service was prompt. Room also tidy on our return from shopping/sightseeing.Safe hotel;for its opposite Mongkok Fire station.Great location. Near to Prince Edward MTR. Easy to travel around on the MTR. Do get an Octopus card at the station. HK$50 deposit is refundable at the airport before you fly home. Hotel standard were acceptable to our teenage children.

The size. Its very small. Difficult to move around especially in the shower room. Not ideal for big size individuals. Ok for mid size individuals. However if shopping and sightseeing are your objectives, the size doesnt actually matter. You'll get a good night sleep. You''ll probably be too tired to bother about he size whne you on the bed.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was only a few minutes' walk from the subway station and Mongkok market. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the fridge in our room.

Location is good near the metro station. Rooms are extremely small by European standards. Good value for 1-2 nights. Be ready to pay HK $ 200 deposit when check in surely it is returned when checking out. Absolutely budget variant.

This budget hotel offered great value for the money. the fast and free internet connection was a welcome surprise. the hotel's central location provided easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The small room size was expected in this type of hotel, but the dim lighting made it difficult to navigate. the noise level was also an issue, with sounds from a nearby hardware store and fellow guests in the morning.

Is only the room is enough clean ,is only I can say, but the room is so small compare for the price is too expensive no more come back to this hotel.
